Good luck remembering it!

Great work today my little Entrepeneurs.
A big thank you to Tanner for helping us get our project up and running.

Possible Logos
I am stoked about what we came up with today. I love the idea that we are selling a moment for everyone to celebrate themselves. I can really picture the party and celebratory atmosphere that we're going to create. Exciting!!
Things That Stomp
Here you are rocking out.
Here is a link to the "Rock of Ages" blog we are keeping. Please check it out and comment on what we are doing.
I will be sending this form home again. It is homework and due next week. We need to find a song as a class that mathces the fierceness of Stompa. Check out new Canadian artists like Tegan and Sara, Broken Social Scence, or Plants and Animals. There are also classic Canadian musicians like The Tragically Hip or Blue Rodeo. What songs can you and your families come up with? Ask around. How about "Green Eggs and Ham"? Or "Suburbs"? Check out Songza, iTunes, CBC, or Grooveshark for Canadian playlists and discover some new talent. I'm excited to see what choices you come up with.

Things That Stop and Go
I'm so proud of you! You did a great job at filming your stop motion movies. I am so excited to see them on the big screen. You should feel great about your work today.
A big thank you to all of the parents for helping!
I am eager to discuss today's chapter of "When You Reach Me". I think we need to map out exactly what happened so we can all see what we understand and what questions we still have. Until then, I have a question for you:
Why do you think the author chose to present all of that information as a numbered list?
Next week is "Blues in the Schools" week. We will have theme days to celebrate.
Monday: Dress all in blue
Tuesday: Dress like a Blues Brother
Wednesday: Churchill Tie Dye or School of Rock Shirt or New Sweatshirts!
Thursday: Dress like a Rock, Pop, or Country Star
Friday: Crazy Hat Day

Things That are Mean
From yesterday's work, I can see that you understand mean, median, and mode. It was so exciting to see some of you independently pull out your Math Journals to help you! I'm so glad you are finding it useful!
Sponge Bob is not mean or average.
You are really kind and caring when working with your Reading Buddies. Thank you for giving your attention to them instead of your friends.
This is the E-Fly. It only likes to fly during class time. It hates to fly during recess.
Please respect it's wishes.
Please remember your Blues in the Schools money and your Stop Motion props!
ps Colin kissed Miranda! Tee hee hee tee hee hee.

Things That Are Warm and Fuzzy
All the food in the staff room that I did not eat.
I missed this. So glad to extend our learning together.
Writing warm and fuzzies. I saw some really thoughtful and kind compliments. Good for you!

This was a great little video. We don't have to be best friends, but we can find something in common with each other and have a little bit of fun at the same time!
